1. Estimates
Yacht Networks will provide email or fax estimates of work.  Please note that these are estimates. 
Any change in scope of work must be agreed in writing by the customer, even as simple as a post it note with a signature!

2. Completion Checklist And Customer Acceptance
Yacht Networks will provide a Completion Checklist (invoice) which customer will initial and sign off

 3. Billing And Payment
Invoices will be generated within 10 business days of completion of work.
Payment will be via check or local currency.
All checks payable to Yacht Networks, Inc.
All prices will be quoted in US dollars and converted to local currency based on rates found on www.exchangerate.com

4. Travel
All travel is billed at cost.
All air travel will be via coach on upgradeable ticket for flights under 3 hours.  Flights over 3 hours will be booked business class.
All car hire will be born by customer, for cheapest possible economy car.
All car hire will include rental agency’s insurance
Hotel expenses will be born by customer, with hotel normally being a 3 star such as Comfort Suites.
Travel time will be billed at $85/hr.

5. Warranties And Refund
All work (labor) is warranted for 30 calendar days, starting the day of Customer Acceptance sign off
All parts are warranted by their manufacturer, normally 365 days from purchase date.
If customer is not completely satisfied, with details provided in writing, and provides Yacht Networks a chance to remedy the issue,
Yacht Networks will refund the cost of the project, minus any hardware the customer expressly states in writing to be left behind.

6. Labor Rates
    Labor is at $180/hour, with a 1 hour minimum
