A reliable multifunction printer is a must.  There is no end of scanning, faxing, and printing to be done.

Recommended features in a printer include both wired (Ethernet) and wireless (WiFi) adapters built into the printer.

Please note that most printer/fax/scanner combo's are NOT very good at faxing over Fleet 33/55/77 terminals.  However, good results are had when using VSAT.
